The Wine Nite

2 more months to "finished" my 2nd year in Singapore...
During this 2 yrs, I admit that I din really explore Singapore that much..
I shud say, I'm still very very very new for the places in Singapore.
Coz.. I dont "explore" this place also I dont find Spore an interesting place to explore.
It ends up where most of the ppl who is trying to direct me the location that I wana go facing their difficulties in explainin.
This incident again, happened to me and lawyer, Ms. Diana Chin, who joined my firm not long ago.
She ended up with suggesting me to ask anyone whom I thk know where the place it is. haha..

That's wat happened on yesterday:...

I went back office early in the morning to clear my works.
Usually there'll be jz a few ppl in office on Saturday, jz so coincident where Diana came back to work tat day as well. We had a few conversations and I jz duno y she suddenly feels like dating me out for drink. Okay.. I did told her tat I love to drink.. but her invitation reli surprised me. Lawyers in my firm are very "arrogant" or I think too high on them. So I dont thk there'll hv any lawyer wan to hang out vf secretary as my firm is well-known on politics playing + gossips..

The place that we actually planned to meet is a place where most of the Clubs and Pubs located.
The Clarke Quay.
I'm a typical traveller in Spore where in case I got lost and end up taking cab by paying more, I would rather choose not to go too far from the MRT. I wont go places located further than 1.5km from the MRT Station.

I spent about 10mins walking blindly searching for the cafe so called "Coffee Club nearby the main taxi stand".. Ok.. I nvr heard of Coffee Club..1st.. and 2nd.. Walao eh.. So damn lots of taxi stand lo.. most taxi stand oso gt coffee club nearby de la..(i thought it was just a cafe where she name it as coffee club)

" Sorry, uncle. U know where's the taxi stand gt coffee club 1 ar? "
" U wan go the pick up point or drop off point? "
" Huh? Sorry a.. Not sure eh.."
(msg Diana, 'Hey, u're at the pick up point or drop off point?')
(replied: 'Main taxi stand. Ex-MOS') ( MOS = Ministry of Sound. Was d hottest disco )
" Uncle, u know where is ex MOS?? "
" Har? MOS? Closed down ady lar.. U turn right, walk across the tunnel, den..."
" O? okok.. thx.."

After "cross" the tunnel, 'weh? Weird weird de leh.. So quiet de meh'
" Sorry ar.. I wanna ask where's the ex MOS a?"
" Oh, MOS a? U go inside the tunnel, den walk straight to end until u passed the 2nd bridge. Again walk to end...."
" What?!!! I jz came frm the tunnel side den u say gona go back agn? U sure o nt?! "
" *smile* Yes I'm sure.."
" Thanks den.. "

[T.T] Wtf.. Nvr ever ask old man for direction.. It reli a long long tunnel and long way to the 2nd bridge.. I spent abt another 20mins by running to the 2nd place.
Then finally I reach the Clubs side.. But... WHICH ONE?!!
She told me she's havin dinner jz right beside the taxi stand.. But.. haiz.. So hell lots stands...
I simply try here and there for the taxi stand.. Finally, I saw her!!!! Thanks GOD!!!
* If she's not a lawyer + she's quite pretty summore, I'll definitely show face + bu shuang lo..*
(even though she duno that I'm tat NEW to Spore)
All my mood for Clubbin gone the moment I starts my RUNNING part.
I was sweating and thirsty, but the stupid waiter just cant see my hand waiving all the times which almost drivin my nerves to burst!
* again, if not bcz of Diana plus she brought quite a handsome guy with her... I cnt imagine wat wil happen*
They finished their dinner and Diana brought 2 of us to...(forgot the name of tat Club)
She's really a clubbin kaki lol.. She know almost all the clubs and ofcz knowing lots of people as well.
We open on a bottle of red wine. I'm stil a "quite cool + seldom go clubbing" de naive lil good gurl tat time.. Hehehe...
We finished d 1st bottle den Diana ordered for the 2nd cz her frens coming to join us.
I was quite impressed by her social skill (mayb most of the aged Spore female like tat also) cz her frens are whites, blacks, asians... I thk that she... really... GENG!
All of us jz chatting, dancing... (Flirting?? Hehehe.. Shhh) Then Diana thk of changin place to a club named LunaR.. haha.. Is with the "R" word.. It's a Chinese Disco playing all chinese songs..
I dont reli like it cz I knew there'll be lots of LALA inside also those uncles.. haha.. But since my "Dai ga Jie" say so, the lil girl gona follow her no matter what.
Then I dont realised from where pop out a Ireland man, and bcome my partner(?).. I cnt reli recall wat happen n how it happen, he jz beside me lo. haha.. So 4 of us, excluded the handsome guy Diana brought at first, Daniel, headin to LUNAR as our 2nd round. He promised to join us later as Diana insist on him to TAKE CARE of me.. hahaha...
The Ireland man paid the cover charge for both os us. I thought Diana's pair was the same. But just found out today that she actually paying the cover charge for herself. Her guy reli SUX lo!
The moment I stepped on Lunar, I feel nothing than sien cz of those uncle songs that they were singing, is a band singing. Both me and the ireland man had Magarita for us. Anyway, after 2 bottles of red wine sharing by only 3 of us equally, I did drinks quite lots which makes me feel bit .... HIGH.. Haha.. So I dont reli care wat songs they were singing and jz DANCE! hahaha..
It's quite a enjoyable night and interesting as well.
At least I'm stil able to adapt to the Clubbing culture in Spore which is a bit different from wat I did in KL. I really feel the adults' style of clubbing. But somehow, I can finally understand why abortion is so common in Spore.. hahaha...
1st, quite numbers of handsome white or asian face I found than in KL,
2nd, the club dont close sharp at 3 like KL, cz u wont feel HIGH or desperate when in KL they jz on the lights and stops the music. for me, tat kinda annoying and not so proper way in CHASING ppl.
Well, i wont talk much on wat happen to me and the Ireland man and the handsome guy.
Cz it's a bit.. too long for this post.. haha..

Conclusion,
I like Singapore Clubs, its SAFE, ENJOYABLE, INTERESTING, QUALITY of people is much BETTER.
But!
I would prefer on KL where... I can drive myself home which I myself feel safe in tat way. Also I'll control myself. Also... KL is much cheaper la!!! hahaha...
I know taxi in Singapore is safe.. I jz dont like being fetch by people whom I duno especially when I know that I'm not so concious in protecting myself.
I was a lil bit over my usual limit on drinking during clubbin yesterday. I thought I was going to vomit and get drunk. But stil.. haiz.. Neither of them happened. Aiks...
