A tiny increment...

As u al know I'm working in a legal firm now.
This firm is not a big firm tat own thousand workers n located in it's own building yet my firm is nt so small tat only own a few workers n have to rent a small office to operate.
FYI, my firm is located at Tanjong Pagar, the CBD area, so called central area of Singapore.
We rent 3 levels of all 30 floors the Monetary Autority of Singapore Building..
My firm have about 200-250 numbers of employees working with them.
1 of the firm partners is the wife of MP in Spore, heard tat he's quite senior in the Parliament.
In another way, shud say I got myself a "iron rice bowl" job here.
For me, this is the largest n most standard system of business management I ever worked for.
When I 1st joined, there are abt 20 lawyers in the firm, thou now left only abt 13 lawyers, (my firm is short of lawyers, siapa can recommend? Gt incentives de neh..), but it stil consider quite big dy lo..
The above just a simple intro about my firm.. Is nt gonna relate much for tis post.. Hahaha..

As the title stated, I got a tiny increment.. I dont know othrs big firm oso gt tis kind of style or wat..
It's reli a tiny increment bt yet, I appreciate it la..
Tis is nt my 1st increment.. I find it very weird with d amt they actually gv in my increment,
not to hide from u al, it's 75 SGD..
speechless?? It's actually an amount agreed by the BIG BOSS n my manager who now needs me more than anyone do.
I thk I did mentioned a few times tat my colleagues leavin 1 by 1 after they worked for abt 3 to 5 yrs here.. now, left me n my manager.. also sum new gurls who cant actually work independantly.. they're just 1 few weeks started to work..
So in some circumstances, my manager have to 'tie' me with some attractions.. ie, increase my salary..
Frankly speaking, I dont mind work more even take over all their portfolios, bt definitely i cant do it alone.. I've been praised for many times from different people for my humble working attitude, willing to learn, willing to increase of my work load and also a fast learner.
I promised my manager every month tat I wil nt leave the firm ever since Feb.. Why?
Cz from tat month, my colleagues started to gv her their resignation letter 1 by 1 til tis month. each month 1.. So now left me, n her.. A 1 yr experience geh me + a 11 yrs experience but forgot everything geh lady.
Sadly, she 'tie' me with the 75SGD... I was happy cz i got increment, but sad of the amt tat she offer.. It's embarrassin.. But somehow I heard from d others, 75 consider a good rate.. My colleague did hv a 20 bucks increment for her year end increment.. Lucky for me cz tis is jz a extra bonus, n I was told tat I stil entitled for the year end increment + bonus.

So my prediction is, my year end increment wil b another 75dollars AGAIN!
